too many cops

When server players for example is 80,its bad for criminals who is 70players is cop and 10 players is criminal and cops kill them 70v1. So my suggestion is that when server players is 80, half of server (40 players) or 1/4 server can be cop.40 players cop and 40 criminal.

i get it , +1 for make the server balance of roles. Noone being a criminal when too many cops and otherwise too . So the server need make it balance .

What about the opposite? What if too many people are criminals? Make it so they can't rob anything? :/

Players should be able to play whatever they wanna play. Forcing them into something they don't wanna do will just make them leave.

Also the process of switching skins is super fast and most of the players just change to civilian when they see there aren't any criminals to chase.
