My friend ban appeal

Ban or infraction appeal?   ban

Date and time of ban/infraction including timezone:    yesterday

Ban/infraction reason and details:   have 4 more acs

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?   it wasnt wrong

What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?      nothing
Any witnesses that can vouch for your friend?      yes me
Any more information to provide?   well i want admins if they can unban this acc and delete other accs of this pirson

we only allowed people by themself to make their own appeal, making ban appeal by their friends isn't allowed+ you didn't explain anything to us why he getting banned instead for saying to admins to unban this account and delete his other account.
