my ban appeal

Ban or infraction appeal?   Ban Appeal
Date and time of ban/infraction including timezone   05.03.2020 9:00pm (GMT-3 time)
Ban/infraction reason and details   Ban without details, just I enter the bank to arrest/Kill armed ppl and I was banned.
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? Ban without reason or previous advisor
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening? I enter the bank following a red player we engage shooting and next I get banned.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?   The other player but i don't remember his name
Any more information to provide?   I entered the server like 10 minute ago and there like 10 players on server
Edit: The other player is called "amr" and 5 minuted before Ma_ro mentioned me in a char (I don't know why)

Need the ban message that appears on the screen when you join the server. Please attach it to your appeal or put it in another post below. We cannot seem to find you banned under the name you provided.

Hi M3E6, I try enter the server and I have no problem to play!
But I don't want to be a ban evader, so may I play normaly?

i don't see any banlogs on this specific IGN, can you login with this IGN or does it give u the "banned" notification when you join with "CosmeFulanito" and not when you join with other names?
