Clothing slot its not more than 5

I think 5 is enough. I need to leave slots free for other things. There’s a number of things which use attached object slots: tazer laser, vehicle repair kits, bank robbery bag etc. I’m not sure how many of these things (and other things) can be used concurrently.

SAMP has a limit of 10, so 5 leaves 5 free. Might increase to 7 if people want it.
