I don't think you understand what a joke is. This page should help: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joke.
As for /q jokes specifically, a /q joke is just someone attempting to trick someone else into running /q, when they do not intend on quitting. In the messages you've attached, I'm telling you to /q, in the context of me asking you to leave the server. The way I'm using /q here is analogous to the terms "leave the server", "quit the server", or "log off". This can be directly seen in the screenshots you've used as "evidence".
So, in other words, those aren't /q "jokes". That's me telling you to leave the server, because you're obnoxious.

Anyway, you should probably be punished for making bogus reports after starting a hostile argument to try to get your opponent banned.
