Details		hi guys, i'm not so sure about this one - so i'm chasing these two guys and i shot like 500 bullets into their car without any single one registering... you can see from the /dl the car has 958hp at the beginning and end of the video... now i know samp is a shit game, and this guy pesquisa had 200ping, but i've shot tens of guys with 200ping (and more) on MCNR before, and their cars DID take damage with at least SOME of my shots registering. i even tried adjusting my position to shoot more forward, but you can see nothing hit this guy's car. so is anything fishy going on or just a shit connection? anyway, song name is bobby brown by frank zappa

According to samp sync, you have to aim in front of the target if the target is moving in order to damage them, more evidence needed.
