Abfly shooting non-threat suspect

Details		i just logged in, and respawn near a cops, im an orange player and this guy shoot me while im not trying to escape or shoot him, just stand still on my bike and try to type /bribe. the reason im being orange is because last time im doing my daily objective (steal all item inside properties) and i logged off after i just done with my daily objective.
