He had revege b4 that. You tell me if someone has revenge on me and I randomly shoot him again, even tho he did nothing to me and I die, his revenge is invalid?

Haw pov is clear, i never contributed towards haw kill. Which means im allowed to take my revenge

After going through all the evidence provided, we conclude that the punishment was wrongly issued. RAC didn't attack haw or went to their vehicle, therefore he didn't contribute in his death by any means (where he got killed by other members of the group), their revenge wasn't claimed and his actions of killing haw at the hospital were justified. Therefore it wasn't rdm.

We apologize on behalf of haw.

Your ban and infractions will be revoked.
