Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	Because its Not Rdm
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	[E1]Train4Real had revenge on Mik because he killed him outside the bank so we both went there they both killed our friend [oG]ZakerSamurai So we went there I was at speed and we collapsed with their car so [E1]Train4Real Started shooting at Mik and Sierra117 started shooting at my car So I went to him shot at him Then We knocked him and from back Mik shooting at my car So we both kill Him and they said its Rdm and its not They started shooting at my car so I shot them both
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	Yes, [E1]Train4Real

First of all Tony stark had no reason to take revenge since we died by his friend zaker right after he was killed by us. Second you started shooting us when tony stark was shooting me and you had no reason since you can only shoot to protect your friend. You started shooting me before I started shooting tony stark. I have the video and it is already being shared and your second log says it clearly that you started shooting before I started shooting, its just that you failed to hit me.

that is because your infractions didn't get expired, just your ban did, u still had 10 inf points so when u got infracted they increased (10+) and 10≥ inf points = ban so u got banned. You can see inf expire time for each inf from /infractions

but we both died after few secs, so your rev was claimed. And btw u also yourself killed tchz so why did u kill him again prior attacking us. Also please share evidence like logs regarding what u claim, a text msg doesn't prove anything.

Since you accepted it yourself, you weren't aware if tony had revenge on me and Sierra, and u just drove for him and attacked us because he asked you to, I' am denying your appeal as u are at fault here.

You should not trust anyone blindly. You should first reconfirm yourself, as you'll be only responsible for your wrong actions.
