Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	i was previously banned for 1 week after that i have no active infraction points after that pickelalpha give me just 3 tnfraction points and i got banned for 3 weeks .
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	i have no active infraction points yesterday i just got 3 infraction points and i got banned . as i know we go ban when we have 10 or more infraction points .

When you get banned for the first time for infractions you are supposed to get banned when you get the next infraction, no matter you got 10 or no.
