you was already dead, doesnt matter if one person shoots i can shoot, you must be brain dead or something

He just sprayed fire extinguisher on you while your were downed. Fire extinguisher doesn't deal any damage in MCNR. His actions can be said were to just make fun of u you/insult you. He didn't rdm u.
If he would've done that after you revived yourself or before getting downed then it could've been considered as rdm.
