staff not responding

staff members are mostly inactive both in discord and in forum ( or they are just ignoring me ) so i have a problem with mido and he doesnt want to resolve it what do i do?

Hi, Im not sure on the username sorry, if no-one is responding it may be due to not enough time passing, 24-48hours is a good estimated time for a response. The office can also be called on weekdays and there is a voicemail feature to leave messages.
