Addressing my controversy with Hypernova

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I haven't sent any death threats to nova, although upon saying certain thing to him I'd like to apologize for the other thing I've done
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	Basically, I was constantly provoked by nova and leaked his confidental info, I'm fully aware of the case, and all however you should take into account that I simply sent It out of influx and I'd like to apologize for that, I had no intention of causing direct harm, and I'd like to request a reduced duration of ban. Maybe 2 or 3 months? 6 months is a bit too much in my opinion and should be reduced to adequate amount or replaced with infractions.
