I'm being struck down for a such small thing because Karbzie thinks That I "whether you've been banned for racism or being a complete and utter mushroom you've managed to pull the innocent card successfully almost every time." well that's a lie and clear manipulation to make the whole community against me. I never had to use "Innocent cards' when It comes to bans for "racism" because I was never banned for racism until now, so? What's your point? None I guess. Sure If we look at my history I ONLY one ban for staff insults, which I wasn't unbanned for, so that's second failed "Innocent card" argument, how far are we going with this? Not far I guess, so let's go on further as I've debunked your whole reason for not unbanning me, but since I've broke the rule I need to appeal the ban Itself, not your delusion based opinion which does not give off any proper judgement just "Yeah you said shit you stay banned" Nah. Doctor's orders, rethink your choice and get on to read my defense as I have few more points to make as I believe my latest appeal was a bit rushed and kinda emotion motivated, so let's just focus on the reality not emotions.
I know I did wrong and I want to right my wrongs but with this type of approach you're just fueling spiral of bullshit which we call "Bullshit appeals" bullshit because I get punished for bullshit reasons. Either way, I also said "We should respect every person, muslim, black, indian, gay, christian" Well after what I said you might've got triggered cause I went with "muslim" first after my absurd (Up to your standards) statement, It indeed was out of place and I gotta admit my mistake, but If you count It into proof of "Racism" then that's pretty bullshit I would say. Innit? We come to a conclusion that Islam believers are suddenly endangered minority on the server and are treated with special care. So here's my request. If I did so much mess that It's permban worthy then execute the same treatment on people who are openly N*zis, anti semites, racists, homophobes. One group shouldn't have majority of protection and care. I'm not trying to opress anyone here but saying "Islam <3 Gay or We should respect every person, muslim, black, indian, gay, christian" By any means is NOT racist and It's not that deep, I'm not trying to make you all look bad, I can't blame entire religion for mindset of online game staff team, i get It you felt insulted, yeah whatever but next point will bring you some further context on what I mean in terms of basing your judgements off your beliefs or ego.
But oh well, as I said since It's ban for too much racism let's see what's the definition of racism! "Racism is discrimination and prejudice against people based on their race or ethnicity." Since we know the definition let's pin It down to the ban reason and proof provided by Zack himself. I see no relation, nothing I said was racist or had any context simmilar to It. If you were desperate you could pin down "Islamophobia" although I'm not calling anyone bomber or terrorist because of their faith because that's actually hate speech, unlike "Islam <3 Gay" you can even tell that the statement was a joke because If It was meant to be hate speech It'd turn into shit like "Muslims are fa**ots" or other hateful stuff, let's learn how to differ jokes from actual hate speech, this way we won't kill ourselves over miniscule stuff! Improper judgement is also a form of hate and prejudice so let's not go against eachother in such way because that's just not cool!
What I mean by all of this Is that, what I've noticed is that some groups have more authority than others in MCNR, regardless of how big they are or how they represent themselves, If majority of the staff was Albanian (It's a random example, no offense Albanian bros :3 ), then you'd treat Xenophobic comments about Albania or their citizens equally harsh. I shouldn't take such big punishment for such small remark, especially when we see that "Innocent card" argument has no effect and when I had to appeal a thing I ADMITTED shit (Ex. Permban for scamming), so your statements or claims are pretty Invalid and will not make me suddenly fall under your agenda. So logically with what I said I wrecked all the claims or verdicts which should open me the doors to play MCNR again, due to the fact that I have nothing else to prove, as I've wrote the greatest MCNR appeal which you've just read and I hope that It will work, yeah.
With my rich history It's pretty hard to redeem myself and win this case but here's my defense and I hope It I'll be sufficent enough to remove, or potentially reduce that ban, I don't want to fight with you anymore thats why I'm just trying to win my case without claiming stuff like "Cheaters get lesser punishment" because we know that John034 who used aimbot, Is not equal to me who has pretty rich history of punishments. Here's my 2 little wishes, which probably won't happen (Well the first one is self target but y'know). Do not make a fucking mass unban If you will deny an appeal, that will just make people think they can cross the line 24/7 and get away with It after some time, self destructive action for the server would be another mass unban ngl. Second one is NOT banning me on forums, I want to stay in touch with community despite my game permban, I want to interact with them and everything (without any form of hate speech). I guess that's It? I tried my best, maybe you I'll rethink your choice and we won't have to fight over It anymore.
