infraction appeal

Your in-game name   mostwanted.1337
Ban or infraction appeal?   infraction
Date and time of ban/infraction including timezone   today
Ban/infraction reason and details            forum report from freshmane
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?   because i helped  my friend who was killed by freshmane
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?   explained in freshmane's video
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?   the video itself
Any more information to provide? yeah,freshmane attacked and killed hans,i was there  just was busy shooting at cops while freshmane started shooting at hans.as soon as i saw that hans died,i killed freshmane

How were you trying to help hans exactly when he already died before you started blasting me?  @Goldenman reduce his infraction points from 3 to 2 unless his history of rdm is a thick logbook.

I was there bud,even before you crawled at us to help you get rid of cops.I didn’t think you’d backstab and start to shoot at my friend.I didn’t come there when hans had already died,I WAS there,just had my sniper zoomed at cops.

When Hans was being attacked you were unable to help him, when you killed him, Hans was already dead. It doesn't matter if you were busy while he was being attacked, but you cannot help dead people, you can only help them while they are alive and you are near them. You can not claim revenge for your friends, infraction was valid, appeal denied
EDIT: However, you were issued a 3 point infraction, which might be lowered considering your infraction history. I will have a talk with the punishing staff and update it
EDIT#2: Your 3 point infraction has been lowered to a 2 point infraction.
