Every property owner has to pay 8-10% tax based on the property's value (Bank value, not player sales). It is paid every 2 gamedays (Along with house insurance and etc). Make It so people have to rotate their properties or have responsible amount of them.

But the problem is that there's no set value to houses atm. The minimum and maximum possible price of every house should be set properly before this is implemented.

I would sipport this only if, we start getting interest on Bank Money. No Tax Deduction on Bank Cash.
Only Tax Deduction on Assets(Including cars and houses) that too around 3-5% of total assets. Then it would be balanced i guess.

Normally it takes 10 to 15 days or even more to sell the property which then will cost even more than the value of property. If it happens so, then no will want to keep property as they would be paying for it or in case if this one will going to be implement then I would request Mike to delete ATM and bank accounts from the server, cos then no one will going to put their cash in bank if they don't want to be trash.

Who TF will want to loose their money by selling their property in cheaper price. If I had purchased a property for 3m then to get safe from taxes do i I really need to sell it cheaper than 3m? In case if it took 4 days to sell house, then with this logic I need to pay 20% which will be 600k of 3m. If I sell it for 2m to make it cheaper, I would be loosing 1m + 600k that is 1.6m.

I am planning to add either 'asset tax' or 'asset maintenance fees' (or both) one day. I think if you have 5 properties and 10 garages and 50 vehicles, you should be paying an ongoing fee for them.

Please don't use gamedays(player has to he active to pay it and the problem is there are people who own houses, login 1/month for 2 minutes and logoff). Even tho you're not on the server you need to pay it, lets say every 24h irl. If you don't have the money, sell it to avery. I also think this will punish the poor not the rich but i have 120m so I don't mind, lol. I just want to see the houses moving, not people keeping them for years without ever selling them.

The worst suggestion that messed up WTLS 2/3 by giving a player a fixed nr of days to own a property and lose it.

The taxation is fine but losing the property sucks, just because a noobie player can't make enough money to propose purchase offer doesn't mean one has to bear the grant of losing his/her property or properties.

140k for 5 houses in 40minutes + another 40k ammo + bribes whatever 200k în 48mins is alot for someone who has 1-4m. Will also make people not want houses anymore. As I said, the only way I approve to this is if offline people will also pay so people who login once per month to keep their houses can't do this anymore.
