Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I don't know how to cheat or hack and my working with computer is not good and my ping was really high maybe its the reason
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I was evading cops front of bank with bicycle about 10 minutes and I suddenly banned.my ping was really high because of internet filtering in those days in our country and I logged in so much maybe it can be reason too
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?
Any more information to provide?	I hadn't cheat please unban my account if don't I cant play on this server
