Just because both crews are having 'wars' between them doesn't mean you can go around and fuck with people, shoot and kill anyone you see that belongs in another crew. This is not a dm server take a look at the rules again, '$uspect' will be punished since he shot your vehicle and damaged it by popping the tire.
