Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?Yes in my opinion it was, what I said was really censored. Why words like things are not allowed anyway? We're on the internet and almost in 2024. Things like this are not even racist or intended to mean any "harmful" insult.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?See details above please.

The word you used is not allowed even when you censor it, its a big thing you weren't banned for it. With your history it's already miracle, and if its about the word not being allowed in 2024?  so you want to make community toxic and ruin the fun of everyone?
