Default Disable Friendly Fire For Friends

As the newly friends system is implemented on server.
Friends can rob each other, but cannot fight or kill each other or take revenge.
My suggestion is to default disable friendly fire for friends.

I'm pretty sure it already is? Me and a friend were on opposite teams (cop/robber) and we caused 0 dmg to each other

well cop vs crim system works proper as grff system it maybe a bug
