It's not a rare ocurrence really, it happened to me aswell some times. You should show your actions as proof you had a tazer (I think it shows)

in the first ss attached below you can see that you killed the non threat suspect
then after realizing that you you blew the non threat, you went ahead to asked about the rule, attached below and i replied that the crime was non threat.
there is no need for anything else, ill be denying this appeal.
