Man, I thought this was fixed long ago. It happened quite often when I spawned in Garcia 2 years ago. And I had no good internet connection back then. But now I don't have any issues. So, I thought the player's internet connection caused this :/

Moving this to invalid as there's a) no proper video (pre-spawn), nor has any additional detail about cirumstances (e.g. settings) been discussed. If this were such a common problem I'm sure we've have seen reports before now.
