Well, I was at the scene of the accident, so I have useful information. Firstly, the suspect when he was eliminated was not Cuffed . Secondly, he opened fire on the police. Thirdly, do not make a random report. That is all

he was cuffed, wasn't allowed by anyone to kill him, stop answering dumb stuff. Fransh.

Moms.spaghetti will be punished for punching a cop while he was trying to arrest a suspect, TheRealEndXD will be punished for attacking cuffed suspects
