The phones in SFPD aren't working

at 0:00 in my video which was filmed on 12.09.2023, you can see that I can't use the phones. I'm not sure if it's a bug though or wasn't added as a feature intentionally, but would be nice if they worked.

Description	You can't use bank payphones. Nothing shows up, you can't Y it does not tell you to Y. Not sure if this is intended. EDIT: Kal. aparently also recorded the SFPD Payphones not working.
