Removal/relaxation of property sale price limit

I propose a removal of the $10,000,000~ price limit for houses. This was previously rejected as 'The limit is there to prevent people selling houses for stupid money,' however we have seen that this does not have any effect on players selling houses above the $10m~ limit.

There has been a noticeable increase in house prices recently (e.g. https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,17526.0.html and https://i.imgur.com/27Xp6qx.png) which means this is the appropriate time to remove, or at least relax the property sale price limit. Players that are selling outside of the property sale script are also at risk of being scammed.

Tl;dr reasons:
- Free market economy
- Recent inflation in house prices
- People will still sell for $10m+ but be at risk of being scammed
- The free market provides the best possible route to achieving the most happiness and security for the greatest number of people

Some people are rich, some are not, you're correct. This should not stop the rich from putting expensive properties for sale in the market for more than 10m and avoid business delay and issues (scam). Moreover, this will let players know where they stand and how much money they need to work toward if they want something good.
