Disable quit to avoid (crash/timeout)

Many people have crash/timeout problem said quit to avoid and if the message says crash/timeout it should not include crash/timeout which cause unfair to player and advantage on cop

Whether a player gets his modded game crashed or experiences connection issues it's still player-sided. Say, if you're late to a meeting it's only your problem.

 Actually, if this is implemented there are many ways that criminals can quit to avoid such as forcing to crash their SAMP client in order to not receive this Quit to avoid rule, so It's a no for me.

Forcing a crash is as easy as using task manager to kill GTA. So no.
