Self explanatory, vehicle variety is absolutely non-existent in the server with Bullets and Sultans (only because they are the fastest 4 seated vehicle) being dominant leaving any other options utterly useless because of their Achilles heel (the infamous gas tank). Not only does the removal of this feature make chases less boring in some cases but also makes a lot of vehicles viable.

If gas tanks are that important to the integrity of the game could there possibly be another way to make other vehicles viable as well?

To be honest there's no direct solution to that, best which could happen is doubled damage multipelr when shooting at the car's engine, but that's still not the solution.
