Details      well, as you can see i got out of jail after joining my game, just stopped my car near him got out (without doing any harm to him) he shot me down for literally no reason just because he is so confident that once again he will be just jailed or left with a warning like always.

i would like to add this new clip i recorded today as you can see from 2:02 i was going on the right way he turned his car so he can RDM me saying that i rammed his car, but this clip makes it clear how he himself blocks my way then shoots me with sniper for nothing at all.

and yeah thats why I shoot u, u got into ur vehicle and went out again and my flare was there, I shoot u again so u can't steal my flare

useless defence phrase again, there is no rule that stops me to get out of my car near you. Find another excuse. Just stop breaking rules everytime!

Get your eyes checked cuz is answered, there i no rule that tells you to shoot me if i come there? i am not doing any harm to you, and i don't know any rule saying "don't go near clink or this gives him right to kill you"

hi there,
             after reviewing it a bit times, we have down to the conclusion the report is invalid, the reasons are --> why are you going near suspect? its NOT allowed if you wanna stay near a suspect just fight him or be a civ to watch them fight, else if you are a cop you will be killed since mws are allowed to shoot the cops if cops are staying near them. this report does feel like intentional report so have a warning for now and next time you will be dealt with (es100).
