Add a command to start a votation to kick a player

Simple as that, in that way when an aimboter joins to the game when there is no staff online players can start a votation to kick that player, after that the player cant join in the server for 15 mins, to start a votation a player has to have at least 50k score to avoid trolls.
Players can get punished if they abuse the system.

No, most of the players here have poor judgement when it comes to cheats, some can't tell the difference between bugs and cheats, while others accuse every decent DMer of using aimbot.

still better than having an aimboter when there is no staff, i preffer to comit a mistake than playing with a aimboter that when it gets banned he create an another account and continue ruining the fun, also the votation can only works if the 80% of the players vote yes (the players that are voting, and the votation only works if there at least 5 players voting)

Well, everything got side effects. There's a risk of abuse the vote kick system might be misused, leading to unwarranted kicks, and potentially reducing the overall player experience. Poor judgment some players may not be skilled at distinguishing between cheats and legitimate gameplay, which could lead to unfair kicks. But as I mentioned having a vote kick system can be useful when staff members are not online to handle disruptive players, particularly those using aimbot or any kind of obvious cheats/hacks

Agreed with mido, we need to add a regular player role pertaining to ones experience and status within the server and only these very people would have the ability to use /votekick. Once vetted by the staff, only thing they'll be granted is the usage of said command. Worth nothing that these players wouldn't be part of staff and they won't have any responsibilities aside from kicking disruptive players or cheaters until a staff member is available to take care of the situation at hand. Abuse of such power is subject to rescission from this role.

This did used to be a thing. In fact, I'm 99% sure it's just disabled. It simply worked based on /report. If many reports were submitted about a player in a few minutes, they got kicked, as long as no staff were online.

It goes disabled because it was abused. But I think you're right - if it gets abused, the privilege will simply be taken away from people. But it makes me a bit weary adding it back because I know what people are like.

I'll let this stew for a bit. Opinions welcome.

I can't agree with your point tho. The ability to vote is better given to trusted players rather than 50k+ score players

The issue with this is that someone could make a bunch of sockpuppet accounts and kick all the normal players off as a troll.

This isn't meant to be a feature that everyone can use, it's only for people who have been handpicked by staff. No?

Add a role with this permission only relevant to players who are vetted by staff. If we give the green light for a certain player then they'll be granted such privilege and it goes without saying that abuse of this power results in retraction of said ability and/or disciplinary action. This would very easily counter people coming in spamming botted accounts just to kick players.

Giving someone the ability to vote to kick someone is practically giving them a staff rank. You're instilling some trust and authority in them. It will go to people's heads.
