I wasn't going to be bothering myself with this petty complaint but then it occurred to me the current state of the brilliant staff team who tends to think out their asses and twist rules as to their liking whenever they see an active complaint or appeal.

Hi Monst, after discussing this with other staff members, we have come to the conclusion that Xev is not guilty. According to the rules, they (cops) can kill other players who are nearby a threat.
