Details: 2 weeks ago he got  banned him for using cheats now he came back and still using cheats,No reload (unlimited ammo).

My Gun pauses two seconds between each shot , If I used cheating, this gun would shoot very fast and Continuous , But why it does show I'm not reloading the gun should be a bug from the server

2 shots are not allowed, stated in the rules if you use your sense. (Do not abuse bugs, play the game as it meant to be played)

Player will be punished.

EDIT: He had unlimited ammo, player will be banned
