Detailsfirst i tryed to kill him then after some few seconds he was knocked(on the ground) then i shot him dead then my heal was going off then i got killed. so my conclusion is that he is a hacker.

It's a bug i was shoting you and you was shoting me  but you killed me first then i killed you.
Because i was lag. I saw more kills like this in game
