SF: 1 Bank, 1 Betting shop(doesn't pay as much as the others), 4 ammunation, 2 nightclub
I've listed the best Clerk and Safe robberies you can do in the game, as you can see SF it's a shit for the robbers, since there isn't something that pays as good as in LS or LV. Indeed i'm always a cop in SF. So i tought, what if someone could rob the big cargo ships right outside SF's docks?
It would add a lot of naval warfare and boat chasing (actually boats are unused basically), police predators vs criminals's Jetmax, Squalo, ecc....
Pirates mood.
A lot of money for the robbers and hard-to-control positions like those big boats.
Also would be cool adding a Smuggling mission to some boats, like there are for the vans on ground.
This could be a reason to deprecate the DM in water rule, that is abused and also a bit overconsidered.
