So I was driving my bike and saw a car moving. I checked minimap and didn't see any icon of a player. So I chased after it then find out he didn't had any name. Then I tried to /s to see the name but it still didn't show any. Idk if this is a bug or a hacker. After that he got out of the car which part I couldn't record since he disappeared then I saw a boat with no driver moving.

That’s not a hacker, that’s probably an NPC that’s been spawned by a cop doing the vehicle chase job event.

I noticed most hackers using this skin. So I thought it was a hacker, But when you said npc. I noticed it was moving in a straight run like a NPC would do. Thanks for clearing it out for me :3

NPCs in SA-MP literally follow a pre-recorded path. I recorded that path. It would look no different to me driving it live :)
