Reset Abandoned Houses Every City Change

Currently abandoned houses are reset every time the server is restarted due to it being down for an update or some issue, instead make it every city change. Probably more fair for everyone.

(Abandoned Houses: House that have not been visited for 30d+ by their owners.)

There are players who only enter to avoid losing the house, for exemple [RA]kitem.

-1 1 month time is ok coz it gives a player time equally and they deserve their there houses they spent their money on a thing and if server takes it from them its bad

The 1 month policy is not effected by the suggestion, read the suggestion once more, thank you.

It's not everytime "an update is implemented" but everytime the server restarts.
