DetailsI don't know who punished me or why. Punishment was carried out of nowhere, I wasn't questioned or anything, I'll show necessary evidence If I'll get shown the reason and exact "non threat" who I shot. Reason why It's in staff complaint Is due to how poorly It was carried out. And I believe person who did It should take consequences.
Evidence (Images/Videos etc.)I don't know what kind of evidence to show as I don't have any info about punishment yet.

You've been reported by JustPistacho for killing him while he was non-threat suspect.
In screens below you can see that upon exiting LVPD he was non-threat (typical evidence locker scenario). You shot him with deagle once, probably in the head. Suddenly he got attacked by MarkusWeinb and got downed. After killing Markus, you told Don_Yanko to stop reviving Pistacho and "let him suffer". After that you proceeded to shoot your own Dune, which exploded and finished off him.

Am I confusing things or that's how it went?

He got revived and was normally moving, he purposely got too close to it and got blown up, what more can you do

Too bad I stopped recording after Markus downed Pistachio but you know, he has used medkit and could do anything he wanted. It's his fault at some point, maybe mine too because I destroy cars which have low hp but next time I'd like a staff member not to punish others out of nowhere because It causes unnecessary problems.

There's no excuse for you to 1) shoot him with deagle upon exiting PD and 2) blowing up your vehicle in a crowded area.
The absence of self-healing log will be looked into.

As for the complaint itself, I believe the jail time of 5 minutes along with PSO was excessive. Up to 3 minutes would be enough.
