Vehicle armor prize

Basicly make it work like human armor  if you have half armor while human you pay half the price  for the armor but when you have vehicle armor bought and car is litteraly  slightly damaged you have to pay whole armor again instead pay for what is damaged

Yeah I did a coin flip when adding this whether it should be work that way or this way, and decided on this way to deter people from just re-adding armour every chance they get for low cost and essentially having limitless armour for a low cost..
