Previously he was warned by Combean0007 for mention spamming, which he tagged you 4times without actual reason. In this case, all I see was stalenin sending 6 single alphabet which was supposed to be in a word.

Personally I don't see anything wrong here, no insults no mention spamming, I suggest you to move on and stop reporting someone for petty reason, I know both of you had personal grudges but stop it.
