Question about the house removal system

Hi, I saw in the forum that a rule was taken that said that a person loses his house if he has not played in 28 days and the question is what happens if you are banned for 28 days or more do you lose your house by force?

This is probably the wrong place to post this topic, but I'd imagine yes. The server only looks at when you last logged into the server AND entered the property, from what I understand.
