Using Rustler on non-mws.

Care to explain you and your group (in sultan) Recent Crime History?
Drive outside City does not make you immune to threat plus your group was a major threat. How do you explain me to take you down?

This clip only shows that he used Rustler because of self-defense. Do you have a clip prior to this showing him shooting you?

As you may know rustler damage does not show in the action logs.
I simply changed to cop, went to collect a rustler and before flying to them, the group of passanger including him was 100 percent threat actively shooting that's why I flew to them to do my duties, evidence shows nothing but me doing my job. Plus he shot me so you know they are a threat and this gives me every right to attack/ ram .
And if your wondering no, I did not attack them when they went to LS because when I got into my rustler they was already at LS, the evidence shows that they was evading.

Rustler&Sparrow are allowed to be used on
1. MWs
2. any 2star+ criminals swimming or piloting an aircraft
3. for self-defense.

That means you CAN NOT attack random threat criminals (2-5stars) who aren't shooting directly at you.

Yes I know that according to the evidence provided
You see me flying near them . Why? Because they are wanted and I have a job to take them down.
On the clip it showed I fly near them in attempt to get them out the vehicle, or else how do you expect me to do my job? If I can't shoot them according to the rules. That's why I flew above them inches. Not a problem.
But as soon they shooted me then I have every right to attack.
If your asking did I attack them before they started recording no and I am sure the reporter does not have sufficient evidence to back his point.

Hey, excuse me for interrupting here but a while ago Mike said when in rustler/sparrow "treat suspects as if they're on foot". I'm not sure if anything changed since then, I doubt it because being able to attack threat suspects makes sense IMO. The text when entering rustler/seasparrow is outdated and should be finally fixed and rules regarding rustler/sparrow updated and stated clearer.

edit: in fact I'll make a suggestion to update tooltip right away.

As we can see he is shooting th3 rustler with a cop and still not being a MW (Red) it's game bug or delay so it doesn't make u non threat it should be consider as MW
