Buyable Rhino

As ridiculous as this suggestion sounds like It exists. I propose introduction of Rhino as supply drop feature. It would cost 1 million to call one (Yes you can steal other people's rhinos that way). So pretty much you'd be forced to spawn it away from potential thiefs. It'd cost 250k to repair it entirely (Even if It'd have only drained 500 hp out of proposed 7.5k drained you'd still have to pay full price for it). To balance that It'd rather have heavy cooldown of 12 hours between spawns. Keep in mind that Rhino is single seated vehicle so If there were 2 rhinos fighting and one of them had gang members on it then It wouldn't be smart to stand on it. I'm aware of potential mayhem so It'd be rational to issue 2x stronger infractions if Rhino was used to break any rules. Funky way to dump your cash into something which will give you many memories.

I balanced out the suggestion in terms of economic aspect, I believe 7.5k hp will do either due to the fact that weapons deal joke damage in MCNR towards vehicles and the fact that rhino is fairly easy to counter makes It not too op.

Even if the damage were indeed "joke", the most obvious solution would be to boost the damage (or nerf vehicle health).
Giving people tanks with 7.5k health is the opposite of a solution. How would you even counter one "fairly easily"? Even multiple Molotovs would take a while to work. Not to mention that old/rich players will still have the chance to team up and use their tanks consecutively—or even as a heavily armored squad. They will indeed run out of tanks at some point, but this still makes them OP against everyone else in a way that doesn't necessarily involve skill.
Finally, how is this even a little bit realistic? I would at least understand it if the suggestion were to only give a tank to cops the way they already use Rustlers/Sea Sparrows. But... you want private military companies with their own tank armies? That's just not what this gamemode is about.

Obviously the health is just a direction giving part, and the best amount of health would be found out by slave testers.

And secondly, what does it matter whether or not it's realistic? MCNR is not an RP server, and shit doesn't need to be realistic. You are already carrying thousands of rounds of ammunition in your pockets (I assume since most skins don't have backpacks etc.) and heavy weaponry and still being able to sprint.

Interesting suggestion, I am voting up. Remember that player in a tank is not invincible at all. You can still headshot the driver if you know where to shoot, and if you manage to get on the roof of it (dodo/stuntplane would be handly here), the tank is a coffin.

It's gonna be pure mayhem, The Hunter which only Rank 10 Cops could use was pretty much unfair (It was removed in about 2y ago), Rhino will be the next level especially if the hands of all roles are on it.

Imagine that after a year 70 players finally own it, From the 50 players present in the server at least 10 of them will use it and chaos in the city, It's just a possiblity tho, Should it really be risked? What do you think?

When vehicles blow up from an explosion there is no way to trace the source. People would be able to blow up people's vehicles with no repercussions.
