Date & Time of incident (UTC): placed a hit on me.. went to the rooftops cuz i knew he would call his friends to claim the hit.. and he starts shooting me without any reasons..

Note: now ofc i will predict his response.. he will say that "i aimed at him","he was a threat" but for him to be on 100k score and still doesnt check the actions pages before proceeding to do what he was doing( Ofc he will say , How can i check the actions pages, he could have easily killed me even tho i was dead ass 50 meters away from him). proves to me that he was just pissed cuz he cant play fairly and had to abuse every little thing

It is against the rules to attack own bounty, however there is exceptions for if you are threatening the person that placed the hit and they need to defend themselves.
