Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?I'm very sure for not use hack/cheat
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening? (I’m not good at speaking English, please forgive me if I make a few mistakes) I just try too jump off when i stuck on the floor in the house that i just break in (I'm get stuck on the floor all time when Break in)
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?No, I'm just solo player
Any more information to provide?I don't have more information (When got ban i just quit no screenshot when got ban)

You are lucky my recording got corrupted. Ban has been lifted.
