That will cause a million bugs, not because Mike couldn't script it well, its because there's a lot of parameters and things don't go always how we want them to go.
At the moment, when u let new player join our team bank robbery , usually you can't explain him to go to his hideout. And how easy is that ? Imagine that new guy in situation when he have his role in team, it will just cause problems. People will rage, fight , bank will be closed forever for new robberies..
In my opinion , other civils should be able to chase and kill bank robbers before they reach they hideout , so if they get killed, killer gets his bag of money and there is no need to go to hideout.
That way it will be a little more fun on server, as some of us would prefer to wait at hideout
