What is the honorable staff going to do ?!

Playing on the server for 2 hours, when there are many policemen, the average criminal loses 200k - weapons, medkits, and everything else that is needed to survive.
When is this balance ?! I've been waiting so long. While playing for 2 hours, I came across at least 10 rule breakers

My question: what are you going to do to maintain the server?

After ARREST, the crminal loses at least 10 minutes to get out of jail, buy back the gun - not full of course, then I usually use supply dropand thus lose 10 minutes.
After death, the policeman buys a vest and only wastes 1 minute before he comes back and opressor you again

I have already made some adjustments for the next update to make it so criminals lose less, for example:

- The amount of confiscated ammo that can be recovered after jail has been increased by 6x.
  It has been increased from 5 clips of ammo to 30. For weapons without 'clips' (e.g. Sniper) it's the same for individual ammo.
- The price for buying back confiscated weapons/ammo from a police department has been halved, and can now be configured at runtime without a script update.
- Ammunation weapon and ammo prices have been reduced, some significantly.
- The maximum ticket/bail has been reduced from $4000 to $3000 and can now be configured without a script update.

Not sure when this update will be out. It may be a while.

I've been on this server for over a year (with breaks caused by a ban), so I'll wait a bit longer because here is a really well done job by one person, but you can't create a perfect server without rulebreakers and cheaters, keep growing Mike, good luck, thanks for the answer

Nice mike, it was really needed... i have some ideas like decreasing mfee, decreasing a bit tires upgrades (to 7500$ normal / 15000$ super), adding another vehicle armour option that gives you 500 hp extra only for 2500$

I play as cop only, because it is the only way to keep my balance stable and keep earning, i would like to play as civ keeping my balance stable.

What about the drugs system update? You still working on it? There will be a betting system too?

I can talk more than the half of the server when there is something worth to argue about, i understand you waste a lot of money to play as civ but you have to understand me too.

Imagine someone like me playing always as cop and arresting everyone, if i go off duty it's hard for me to rob bank alone... imagine being killed losing mfees 2 times in a row and guns, i don't even recover my money with one bank robberry. I love robbing safes, but it's boring playing as civ just doing the same thing the whole day.

I'm boring sometimes, i ask ask ask ok but obviusly i'm really grateful to mike and i love some his features but sometimes he can do really better just by applying small changes... we waited enough for civ balance.

Weed system is a work in progress. Main thing left to do is inventory trading system which will let people sell the weed to others. I'll also be adding selling medkits/repair kits from medics/mechanics off the back of that same inventory trading system.

Recently, at least 10 players broke the rules on one of my YouTube streams. Of course, the server is getting bigger, there are more (new) players and new players are breaking the rules, not reading the rules. Aimbot is quite annoying, especially when used by cops.

Can anything be done about it ?! Are you Mike going to educate the community? Could a movie be displayed at the beginning of the MCNR game that warns against using cheats (in particular the aimbot)?

I think all players know that cheat is not allowed. They know aimbot its not allowed but they use it to fight stronger players and they think they are not suspicious.

Therefore, I suggest verifying the email / phone number of players who join the server for the first time. It would be useful and certainly easily verifiable. If that doesn't work, you have to come up with an even higher verification.
