- Relevant topic title - not just ‘My ban appeal’. Summarise. E.g ‘Banned by anticheat for code 69’.
- In-game name: Behave
- Explanation: Why were you banned/infracted? What happened?: I said "Let me out of jail, Poggers". And then i got muted and got 2 infraction points o.O
- Evidence: Provide evidence where possible/applicable that you are innocent.
- Ban/infraction message: Show the message that shows your ban or infraction details.
