Details   So I was getting my weapons from the locker room Because of that I got Wanted Level after that This cop Shooted me Knowing I was a Non-threat But still shot me.

Sorry but a single row in /actions isn't enough to conclude foul play. Player doesn't have any other reports either. Insufficient evidence.
