Remove /GPS player

I really dont see a reason to keep this, its too easy to find anyone by just using the GPS, law enforcement and criminals included.

Main issue comes when police officers are after a criminal, when they loose the person they were after or see a criminal, /GPS player (ID) and they can track them easily.

There are ways to still allow this for civilians however, for example you could pay for a call on the payphone to Track a person or get the position of the person for a limited ammount of time.
Same goes for People that have a Bounty on them, just ring the payphone to know the position.

Maybe adding a tracking device or special tracking bullets that allows the player to track another player for X amount of minutes? If not that, allow the player to make themselves untraceable for X amount of minutes or until they quit either free of charge or paying a fee.
