Damage from deagle/shotgun/sniper will not be applied if time passed since previous shot was too short. Simple as this. And no more infractions for occasionally made cbugs/abusing fire rates will be needed. I've seen this system on one of the samp servers. This is a good suggestion unless mods love punishing people for mistakes.

I will pay for this if needed, this would make everything easier for players and staff members. Big +1 if it's possible
