Currently, the wanted level value for breaking into lockers and robbing weapons has risen, making you orange rather than yellow for robbing which is a fair change as it's not realistic to be merely ticketed for robbing weapons. Despite this, weapons cannot be robbed from the lockers in smaller police stations.
You should be able to rob from the lockers in all the police stations in the active city. This would be a balanced update as criminals face the detriment of having to travel outside the main city area and into the country areas to reclaim their weapons. This also encourages all players to spread out throughout the active play area.
